Watch Care Guide
A well-kept watch looks better, lasts longer and keeps its presence on the wrist. Use these care guidelines to protect the finish, movement and comfort of your timepiece.
Daily Wear
- Remove your watch before heavy impact, sports or work with chemicals.
- Avoid exposing the watch to perfumes, solvents, cleaning products and salt water.
- Keep the crown fully closed when wearing the watch.
- Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft dry cloth after use.
Water Resistance
Water resistance is not permanent and can decrease over time. Always follow the rating shown for your specific model. Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet.
Automatic Watches
If your watch is automatic, regular wrist movement helps keep it running. If it stops, wind it gently according to the product guidance before setting the time.
Storage
Store your watch in a dry place away from direct sunlight, magnets and sharp objects. Use the original box or a soft watch case when traveling.
Cleaning
Use a microfiber cloth for routine cleaning. For metal bracelets, avoid aggressive cleaning unless the model instructions specifically allow it.
